Order Options

 

There are three easy ways to order our hampers:

*  Call us on 03 6225 1709 or 0433 826 687.  We will happily take orders over the phone Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm (AEST).  If your call is not answered please leave a message and we will return your call promptly. 

*  Email hampersthatpamper@iprimus.com.au with your order request or other enquiries and we will get back to you within one working day.

*  Post our order form.  Please Click here to print our Order form, complete your details and post to P.O. Box 1063, Sandy Bay TAS 7005.  

Payment can be made by Credit card (Bankcard, Mastercard and Visa), cheque or money order (made payable to ’Hampers that Pamper’),  or Direct Deposit.  Direct deposits may be made to the following ANZ Bank (Double Bay) Account:  Hampers that Pamper BSB: 012-281  Account: 495585089.  Please note that whilst payment by cheque is available, your order will not be processed until proceeds of the cheque have cleared.

 

Shipping information and costs

On Our Hampers pages, next to the cost of each hamper, you will find a Delivery Category, which has been calculated on the size and weight of the package.  Please use the table below to calculate the delivery charge for each item you wish to purchase, and add this to the Order Details portion of the Order Form.

Conditions of Sale

All products remain the property of Hampers that Pamper until they have been paid for by you.  We are not required to deliver until payment has been received in full.

 

Refund & Exchange Policy

We have carefully selected our products however, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, or it has arrived damaged, please return the item within 10 days of receipt of the goods and we will provide a full refund, exchange or credit.  If the item is damaged the refund will include both original and return delivery costs.   

Please note that no form of refund, exchange or credit will apply until the original item has been received by Hampers that Pamper. 

 

Product Availability

We endeavour to have all products available.  However, if an item is temporarily unavailable, due to circumstances we cannot control, a similar item of equal or greater value will be substituted.

 

Packaging

We endeavour to provide natural and environmentally friendly packaging.  Our gift hampers are made from natural sea grass and bamboo are filled with wood wool, which is sourced from untreated Australian plantation pine timber.  Our wrapping consists of cellophane (a natural paper made from cellulose) and natural ribbon woven from lupiz grass.

Our boxes are recyclable and are filled with biodegradable green pak.

We endeavour to ensure that all products are completely natural and/or certified organic.  However, as we rely on the manufacturers to provide us with accurate information, we disclose all ingredients (as provided by the manufacturer), to enable you to assess the products for yourselves.
